As a YMCA member, you have access to FREE group exercise classes each week at our YMCA.
Group Exercise Programs bring together health-seekers of all ages, backgrounds and skill levels in a fun, supportive environment where they move, groove and sweat their way toward better well-being.
YMCA Personal Training is a one-on-one session with a personal fitness trainer. Our staff can help any YMCA member including seniors, working professionals, new moms, and those returning from injury or surgery. Our staff come from as many different backgrounds and walks of life as our members do, and we take great care in our training sessions.
Your initial visit includes a review of your health history, lifestyle and goals. Our staff can then help you achieve goals through one-on-one attention, accountability and expertise.
YMCA personal training is held at the YMCA and incorporates many different elements and equipment.
YMCA Members can purchase Personal Training sessions individually, or in block of three sessions. Additionally, Y members can partner up and share personal training if they choose.
Before you attend your first Personal Training session, please be sure to fill out our Personal Training packet which is located at our Membership Services Front Desk.
Fill it out and return it when you sign up and make payment for your Personal Training at the Membership Services Front Desk.
Cost: Individual, 60 Minute Sessions
$30 (one session) Member | $40 (one session) Non-Member
$75 (three sessions) Member | $90 (three sessions) Non-Member
